1. The above purchaser has received a male/female puppy born ________for the sum of $________.

2. Breeder guarantees this dog is in good health at the time of purchase to the best of their knowledge and will furnish buyer (s) with the dog's immuntization record. All my puppies are vet checked by Dr. Greg Ogi at Kewaskum Veterinary Clinic before going to their new homes. The buyer has the right, and is advised to do so, to have the Rottweiler examined by their licensed veterinarian within 3 working days of possession of this puppy. The buyer shall assume full responsibility for the above described animal following said 3 working days. If the Rottweiler is found to be unhealthy, then buyer may return the Rottweiler and registration papers, with a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian for a full refund within the 3 days. When a dog is young some anomalies can't be noticed. If buyer decides not to return the puppy then he/she assumes FULL MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY for the puppy. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARY COSTS. The purchaser agrees that any and all transportation costs to and /or from the breeder's premises will be at the cost of the purchaser.

3. Buyer agrees that the Rottweiler is being principally purchased as a companion for the home for the life of the dog and is NOT to be used as a commercial guard dog. The buyer futher agrees to take the following steps regarding the health and safety of the animal described above:

A. Buyer agrees to properly maintain the health of the dog, for the life of the dog which includes regular exercise and proper diet, to regularly have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian to determine the fitness of the dog, and to have the dog annually vaccinated and tested for heartworm. Buyer also agrees to provide food quality food and clean water on a daily basis to insure good health of the dog.

4. This puppy is guaranteed until 18 months of age against hip dysplasia due to genetic defects. This guarantee is void if there are signs of neglect or injury. If severe hip dysplasia does develop with in the terms of the guarantee, and could not have been avoided, the buyer my return the puppy and exchange it for another puppy but only with all the documents including signed registration papers, contract, medical records, x-rays, and a signed statemnt for the veterinarian. If no puppies are available at that time, the puppy will be replaced from the next available litter. NO CASH REFUNDS. Seller will not be responsible for any veterinarian fee's and cost's.

5. Breeder also highly recommends putting the puppy through training classes.

Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless breeder for any and all liability, damages, or injuries caused directly or indirectly by the Rottweiler to any person. Furthermore, buyer assumes full liabilty for any damages or injuries, whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether real or personal, after receiving and acknowledging delivery and possession of the Rottweiler.

If for some reason the above descibed dog doesn't work out for you or your family you have the option to return the dog to us; however your purchase price will be forfeited do to veterinary tests and costs to insure the health of the dog and costs fo housing until it can be placed in a new home.
